Hi, I'm Tricia Sandwick , also known as Trice . I am the proud owner of urbeautifulhairbytrice. As a licensed cosmetologist and barber with certifications in makeup and bridal styling, I bring a wealth of experience and passion to my craft. Originally from Belize, I moved to California as a teenager. My journey in the beauty industry began in high school, where I started as a braider. Over the past 23 years, I have expanded my skills to include hair extensions and hairstyling. I even spent a decade specializing in barbering and haircuts before returning to my true passion: Full Glam Hair and Makeup. I love making people feel beautiful for bridal and special events. When we look good, we feel good about ourselves. It can fill us with the confidence we all need. All you have to do is show up ready, and I will glam you up steady! Beyond my professional life, I love to paint, sketch, and enjoy the beach. I enjoy spending time with my husband in our ministry and on road trips. Spending time with friends is also something I cherish. I look forward to helping you look and feel your best!

How should I prep my skin before makeup application?

Come with clean, moisturized skin—hydration is the Key behind that flawless glow. I’ll tailor your prep for a photo-ready finish.

How should my hair be prepped?

Shampoo and blow-dry your hair the night before the wedding (or morning of, if oily). Clean, dry hair helps smooth, add shine, reduce frizz, and boost natural volume.

Do you have an assistant/second artist?

Yes! Additional artists are required for parties over 6!

How early do you arrive?

I arrive early enough, caffeinated, and ready to glam like it’s a sport. Nerves? I blend those out too.

Do you travel?

I travel throughout California and beyond! Please include your location in your inquiry for accurate travel fees. For venues over 2 hours away or early start times, Hotel accommodations will be required.

What about touch-ups?

Think of me as your Beauty bodyguard

I offer on‑site touch‑up support to keep your glam fresh. Clients booking two or more services receive a complimentary touch‑up kit, and extended touch‑up services are available hourly.

When will my final payment be due?

Contract and deposit required to secure your Wedding date!

Final payment is due 1 week before your wedding. A reminder and beauty timeline will be sent 1–2 months prior. Unpaid balances may result in released appointments.

Bridal trial: when, where and who!

Glam therapy. We chat, we test, we refine

Bridal trials are exclusively reserved for contracted brides.

Scheduled at a time and location that best suits you. We prioritize your comfort and convenience every step of the way. We do not offer Bridal trials for non-booked Brides or Special Events.

Out of state bookings!

I travel all throughout the country for brides!

Additional travel fees will include but not limited to flights and baggage, parking, Ubers/car rentals, hotels, overnight fees etc. Please reach out for further information!

Who do we service on wedding days?

I am dedicated to providing luxury makeup and hair services for brides and bridesmaids, mothers of the bride, mothers of the groom, or any additional bridal party/family members.

Do you offer refunds?

There are no refunds for any services.
