Created as a partnership between bartenders from Meteor in Minneapolis and Escuelitas, a 501c3 in Denver, The Shift Change Tour is a multi-city engagement focused on community organizing, civil engagement, advocacy, and delicious cocktails. Every stop features two events per city: The first, a “lunch and learn” seminar to educate bartenders on their constitutional rights and connect with other mutual aid programs. The second, a cocktail pop-up to raise awareness and funds for local immigration rights organizations and community relief efforts. The 2026 tour kicked off in Chicago and was followed by dates in Denver and Seattle. Next up: Milwaukee, New York City, Phoenix, and Portland, Oregon, with plans to add subsequent dates and locations.
