How do I get access to new features, functions and services on the GreenLake platform?

The GreenLake platform has full RBAC (Role Based Access Control). Every customer and every partner has their own private workspace (area on GreenLake). Every workspace has at least 1 Workspace Administrator and that person is responsible for adding new users, provisioning new services and providing access to services and information. If you don't know who your workspace administrator is you can watch this short explainer on how you can find the contact name and eMail on the platform (https://youtu.be/tDDT0Ys4dBY?si=0PsiV6UjVmuSSQNQ&t=265) or you can log a support ticket through the platform.

The GreenLake platform is free, so why should I care about promoting it with my customers?

GreenLake has evolved from an IT financial model into powerful IT management and operations platform which presents tremendous opportunities for Partners. How do I submit feedback or request a new feature to improve my experience on GreenLake?

When logged on to the GreenLake cloud platform you can click on the ? icon in the top right hand corner, select Feedback and choose your topic from the drop down list. You can then choose from General Feedback or Feature Request and submit your details. Alternatively eMail your request to j.henry@hpe.com
