The Divider block was a fixed centered label with no options. It is now called Heading, it sits in the Content section of the Add Block menu, and it carries a full set of styles, so your section labels can look like part of your design instead of a default. Nothing on your existing pages changed, and searching the block picker for "divider" still finds it.
Open Design in your admin and look for Heading Styles, which appears once your page has a heading. You can set:
- Heading Size, and how much space the block leaves above and below it.
- Line Style: None, Solid, Dashed, Dotted, or Double.
- Line Position: Full Width under the heading, Around Text filling both sides, Short Lines for a small stroke either side of the title, or Text Width as an underline.
- Line Thickness and Line Color, with the color inheriting your page's text color until you set one.
These apply to every heading on the page, so they stay consistent. To change just one, open that block and unlink the row you want. Alignment is always per block.
An empty title is now useful too: with a line style set, the block renders as a plain separator, and with the style set to None it becomes blank space between groups.
